The reason we are carrying on with this work is because we are not yet finished. We are reconstructing a trail which we hope will enable us to reconstruct the whole tendering and contracting process, including the call for tenders and the tenders that were submitted. We will also be exploring those who did not tender but who might have, if the Deputy understands me.
