That relates to housing, which is relevant, but I am asking the average cost or price range that allows houses to be retrofitted to the nearly zero energy building, NZEB, standard through major renovation. It was suggested to the committee, perhaps by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, that this could be anything from €40,000 to €70,000 per house. What is the opinion of the Department's experts who told us the additional cost on a new build? What will it be, on average, on an existing property?
