I appreciate and acknowledge that Mr. McCarthy is not dealing with energy and climate action now other than as part of the interdepartmental group, but he did so for several years, including the period I referred to. We are here to reflect on and decide how we will go forward. I am interested to know the key reasons we are not hitting our targets.
