Mr. Duffy has acknowledged that there should be further engagement at some point . That is grand, but does the Minister not accept that the time might be now? The recruitment and retention crisis is happening now. We are discussing things that we say are new but that are not such as, for example, waiting lists. Perhaps the position is worse now, perhaps it is not - I do not know. I represented nurses for years and we did not have challenges with recruitment and retention.
