I cannot anticipate that because I am sure I will get what I want. Being serious, one cannot do something unless one knows one has the right resources behind it. I will not be promising that I can deliver something unless I have the right resources. I will not know I have the right resources for the next number of months. To be fair, until the end of the year, when I have worked out what the priorities are, which I have committed to doing and which I will do, it is hard to predict exactly what they will require. The things the Deputy outlined in terms of bringing the community care closer and making sure it works properly is definitely and the other things he outlined, the home help, diagnostics and so on, are absolutely priorities. If the whole system is going to work, that has to be a first focus.
