I thank Dr. Cooke. We have had a constructive and positive engagement on the topic. I thank each of the witnesses for their contributions. I pay tribute to my own local development company in County Clare. Ms Doreen Graham is at the helm. She does a fantastic job and I work closely with her on many projects. We are working on one currently which will deliver additional moneys to Clare. I am looking forward to announcing that scheme in the coming weeks.
