I agree with that. I think we should be having more - I do not know about the word "conversation", but something. I agree with the issues raised by Deputy Murphy. I see this locally. In the guise of allowing greater competition there is actually less. I have made this point repeatedly, particularly in respect of information and communications technology, ICT.
