There is a couple of ways. The general approach is what we have been trying to do. One will see it if one looks back through the HSE service plans for recent years. It involves trying to ensure the so-called patient safety programme, which runs right through the organisation from the top and should be running down into the CHO areas and local hospital groups, results in the putting of warm bodies and real capacity into enabling the implementation of a range of patient safety measures, including the one in question.
