Dr. Holohan should flag with his Minister the fact that this has to be done and that it is a priority given what has transpired over recent months. It is a priority for us as a country. I am not confident that the resources will be in place to implement the legislation. This is not a reflection on anyone. I am not confident that from an organisational point of view, the work can be done in the time required. There will also be a significant cost. It will all require resources and staff time. It will create different pathways for managing information and it will create electronic and technical requirements. There is an overlap with GDPR. A range of issues will arise. It will take time and resources, and there will be costs. I want to feel confident that will we will be able to deliver. Will we?
