It is more suited to the reality of what NAMA is. We are commercial and have to act commercially but, going back to discussions we had a while ago, we are an agency that operates under certain constraints that the private sector, or another commercial organisation, would not have to operate under. We do not have the capacity to hold all these assets to maturity, which another organisation might have. We have had pressure on us to repay the contingent liability.
