When NAMA was asked by the Government to get involved in housing and to provide land, where did NAMA envisage its role in the provision of social, affordable and private housing? Had NAMA earmarked land for social, affordable and private housing where a profit might be made? Did NAMA conduct an analysis on how much land should be for social, affordable housing and private housing or did NAMA just see what came out of it?
