I have one final question. According to a newspaper article published in the summer, NAMA offered the Housing Agency some properties - I could be wrong on what entity was involved - and the offer was not taken up. The properties were later disposed of to Cerberus and have since been purchased for market value. Are there other examples of that or was that a one-off case that resulted in the public purse picking up a cost that was not value for money?
