National Asset Management Agency: Financial Statements 2016 and 2017
Comptroller and Auditor General Special Report No. 102: National Asset Management Agency Second Progress Report

9:00 am

Mr. Brendan McDonagh:

I said property markets are benign, meaning that prices are not falling. We have €2.7 billion of the portfolio that still must be converted into cash. If the market falls, the €2.7 billion could become €2 billion or €1.5 billion but currently we are saying we can get €2.7 billion for the portfolio. It is its fair value.
