I have a memory of Mr. McDonagh being quite critical of some of the people who were sold assets sitting on those assets. They would probably fall into the category he describes in his opening statement when he stated in his view "the more pertinent issue is whether all of the sites which are commercially viable are in fact being developed and, if not, why". He referred to sites that had planning permission and if they were commercially viable among other issues. I remember him being quite critical that there were some examples of that. Am I correct in that view?
