The issue is relevant to the Committee of Public Accounts because it appears that while there may be litigation, somewhere along the line the Committee of Public Accounts was mentioned somewhere without our knowledge or consultation. If that happened we are entitled to know and we ask Mr. Carville to put in writing that aspect of the matter. It is nothing to do with the legal case. The issue relates to the involvement of the Committee of Public Accounts in an issue without the knowledge of the committee or any consultation with it. We are entitled to know that much.
