I move amendment No. 17:
In page 19, after line 4, to insert the following:“Amendment of section 119 of Act of 2012
35.Section 119 of the Act of 2012 is amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (2):“(2) Local property tax which is deductible by an employer under section 72 shall be payable at the time referred to in section 74(2).”.”.
