I ask the Minister of State to consider what the members have said here this morning in consideration of this. I ask him to convey to the Government the request made by members for a Dáil debate on the issue. While we will say it to the House that we have considered the matter, we will also write to Business Committee asking for a Dáil debate. We ask him to carry our message direct to the Government to ensure that a Dáil debate of some kind happens. We will not declare the motion considered without debate because there has been no debate.
