Deputy Timmy Dooley said his main concern was that the material flagged was part of our training material. He also referred to other concerns. Many of the measures we have outlined speak specifically to the concerns he raised. The material used in the training decks was unapproved. The people who were delivering the training had changed it. We were unaware of this. We should have been aware of it and it should not have been possible for them to change it; therefore, part of the overhaul of the wider curriculum will mean that decks will not be alterable.
