I will answer Senator Lombard first. He asked about the discrepancy between the 7,500 reviewers and the 20,000 people working on safety and security. He is right in that 7,500 people are involved every day in content review. The other 20,000 include people like Ms Cummiskey's team of approximately 15 individuals in Dublin.
It is a global team. There are people on it in Austin, Texas, Menlo Park and India. They do not actively review content; they formulate the policies. Anything that is escalated from our content reviewers, which might be unclear as to how it should be treated, is dealt with by Ms Cummiskey's team. The engineering teams build the systems for the content reviewers in order that they can escalate a piece of content in a particular direction within the company. There are other people who are working on the artificial intelligence that was built to detect the fake accounts about which we spoke earlier. It is much broader than that but the focus of all of these 20,000 people, be they on the engineering or policy formulation side, is on safety and security.
