The Deputy is probably aware that Grünenthal and that particular scheme in Germany brought in a particular proviso whereby it increased the amount of money it was paying on a monthly basis but in order to join it up with every other place, it had a similar arrangement. It said that for a country making payments to it, those payments would be offset against any payments Grünenthal would pay at the much higher rate. That was a German law that came in, I believe, a couple of years ago.
