Is the HSE accepting liability that it was a mistake, in respect of all 209 women, that they were not informed? If that is the case, how will they be compensated? Notwithstanding the other 209 cases, which Dr. McKenna can address shortly, there was an acceptance of liability in this case. The person with responsibility for this process in the HSE, however, is still to this day saying he does not accept any failure on his part, which means there was no failure on the part of the HSE.
