Contractual Arrangements for Public Sector Infrastructural Projects: Discussion
Mr. Mick Miley:
It is €10 million per year as part of a 25 year maintenance contract for the overall project. The State has engaged the people concerned to carry out the contract. The principal figure was €100 million and the payback figure over 25 years was €250 million.
