Whether that should remain in place should be investigated. In the case I took the Supreme Court, the court stated that the time was exceptional and that it was an exceptional measure in exceptional circumstances. The court backed the Constitution. That has to be changed. The law has to be changed or there should be a discussion on whether it should be changed. That proposal should be put forward by the committee.
