Mr. Niall Burgess:

Not quite as many but the gap is not significant. Therefore there is a reciprocity in this relationship that is very important. There is a people-to-people dimension to this relationship that is very important as well. We have vibrant emigrant communities in the US. We have a vibrant and caring diaspora in the US that has been incredibly important to us and remains so in terms of our own peace process. We have a very rich cultural relationship as well. All of that needs to be borne in mind when we talk about these issues.
