Yes. That is done. There is always a challenge between what people want and what resources are available. That is a different management question but the review of staffing complements has been done. It was recommended that key senior mission staff should have the skills necessary to manage significant budgets and risks. That is part of our ongoing training and as such is under way. Mr. Burgess and I have been working with other members of the senior management team, including the chief financial officer, to carry out a series of visits to all of our missions. Where we assess that there are skills deficits, we will ask people to do more. Recommendation No. 7 was on formal management training. That is part of our pre-posting training suite.
