I do not know whether I made myself clear enough but I will now. I accept the fact that Deputy Donnelly has concerns around this issues and I acknowledge he has spoken to the Minister on it. I am here to read a prepared statement on this point but I have spoken to the Minister on it and on reflection, there will be an opportunity on Report Stage to raise it again and maybe come to some other alternative arrangement with the Minister. I cannot give that commitment here. I am sorry. I am sorry the Deputy wishes to press the amendment but that is his decision.
