I thank Mr. Quinlan for his response. If Tusla is to take on this role, does it have the necessary expertise to do it or, at least, the capacity to train or recruit staff to do it? I note from the report that there is a shortage of this particular skillset to enable Tusla deal with persons that would come forward.
