As the Deputy said earlier, we have shifted our emphasis. During the downturn, it was a matter of trying to get people off the live register into a job — any job — whereas now we are trying to focus on in-company training and up-skilling people to add to their talents so that the jobs in question will become available to them. That is where the emphasis is now. We can see that in the way we will fund in the future.
