Very often when we settle without an admission of liability it is because we have a very strong expert report which would say that an individual practitioner in the circumstances is not liable yet there is very often damage to the person and for good reason we settle without the case admission of liability. Only 3% of all of our cases end up in the courts, which means 97% of our cases do not go to a full trial.
