If we were to list all of the rights that travel with the loan it would be an extensive list because we would have to list the contents of the code of conduct on mortgage arrears, the consumer protection code and personal insolvency legislation. It probably would not be constructive to list all of the rights because as I said in light of the regulation and legislation that exists in Ireland in this regard it would be an extensive list. We will look at including references to those protections in the letter. As pointed out by the Central Bank, it is clear through the media and from comments made by members that the rights travel with the loan. The credit servicing firm which an acquirer would use would have to comply with the regulations with which we comply.
