Mr. Stephen Groarke:
There are properties attached to those customers. Internally we have tried a number of times to contact those customers both in writing and on the phone. We have also employed external trace agents. At this point, it is looking like those individuals and couples are difficult to find. We are continuing to employ trace agents. In a number of cases we believe the customers have emigrated. In the event we are not able to contact them, we will apply their redress and compensation to their mortgage accounts. At a subsequent point if we are in contact, we will then pay over the redress and compensation. It will be put on their account in the meantime.
