It is a fair comment. The Minister should consider all of the reports with recommendations on change management, as well as other reports, because of the absence of progress on those changes. We need more regular updates in that regard and I would like to see movement in terms of the pace of report delivery.

The Minister was recently quoted as saying that there is a substantial threat from terrorist activities within the State. I ask him to update the committee in that regard.
