There is a management group meeting every week in the Department. I attend many of them, schedule permitting. The group considers many of these reforms, some of which are in place. We are awaiting the first report of the change and implementation group, which will chart wider reform within the Department. I reject any suggestion by the Deputy that there is absent Secretary General, as he termed it. It is very unfair-----
