I am the national human resources director of the HSE and I am joined by Ms Eithne Fox, assistant national director health business services of the HSE. I begin by thanking the Chairman and the committee for inviting us here today to discuss the processes involved in recruiting clinicians for mental health services. I am conscious that my colleagues were here on 9 May and went through this in some detail, so I will go through my statement fairly quickly, if that is okay.
