Senator Murnane O'Connor is correct where she talks about information and awareness. This is key. We cannot expect landlords or tenants to come to our service if they do not know about us or what we do. We are trying to think both within and outside of the box in respect how we can get our message across to both landlords and tenants in terms of their rights and responsibilities, the information that we can provide and the assistance that we can give.
