This Bill was referred to the select committee by order of the Dáil of 3 May 2018. I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Michael D'Arcy, to the meeting. Subject to the agreement of members, if Committee Stage proceedings have not concluded by 1 p.m., as they definitely should, it is proposed that the meeting be adjourned at that time. Is that agreed?
