Are marts inherently more risky, or is it just a matter of the claims history? Has there been a recent spike in claims? We had representatives from the marts before the committee earlier saying that in recent years they had a serial complainant who seems to have got two or three payments from a sore toe or something. I am not saying it was necessarily one of FBD's marts, but are marts becoming a target for people to make claims?
