As a company, we are very focused on settling claims fairly and quickly because that is ultimately what customers want at the claim stage. There is a degree of time pressure to make sure that in the event of a motor accident, the customer is back on the road quickly so they can conduct their business. There are different variables within the process coming back to the customer that we try to do well in FBD.
