I will come on to some of that stuff. I am just trying to get my head around this 40%. If Mr. Cahalan is saying that 20% of the total is fraudulent, 10% of it is in the 60% and 10% of it is in the 40%. That is what I think he is saying. What is in the rest of the 30% that is rejected for other reasons if it is not fraud?
