I used two different parts. Of all the claims we get in the first instance, 40% do not result in a compensation payment. That is largely to do with investigating it, whether liability is a question here and whether the claimant proceeds to a claim on it. Four out of ten cases fall into that bracket, which is very important to remember because it is very important for us and our customers to know that we investigate very thoroughly and we have very strict controls and systems around the investigation of claims. Many claims that come to us do not result in payment. That is very important.
