Mr. Cahalan made great play earlier with regard to risk management and putting risk management in place between communities and marts. We have seen where the GAA and various other bodies have put risk management in place. Even though all this risk management has been put in place, however, the cost of insurance is going up even though risk management is working in a lot of places. We have seen from the GAA that there are more claims now outside the playing field than on it. I do not know the answer to it.
