Any other data is going to take five years to become useful. In respect of consistency, the book of quantum is going to take a while to rework. The personal injuries commission is working away on that now. It is critical to ask judges to set out detailed reasoning as to why they are awarding above and beyond the book of quantum. It does not interfere with the Judiciary. We are just looking for reasons.
