Going back to 2015, for instance, the introduction of financial reporting standard 102 required a significant additional effort around the time of carrying out the audits. That applied, certainly, to the Abbey and to the ESRI. For the 2017 sets of financial statements, the implementation of the code of practice for the governance of State bodies is having a significant effect as well.
