I move amendment No. 15:

In page 9, to delete lines 25 to 29 and substitute the following: "section 3(1A) unless the employee has been in the continuous service of the employer for more than 1 month.", ".

I will be withdrawing this amendment. I put it forward on the basis that section 9 would be deleted. It is rather irrelevant.
