At the end of the case she made there, the Minister said she does not think this will effectively add anything to the Bill. In other words, she said it will not make any difference. I believe it would make a difference and that it would be a better Bill for the inclusion of the amendment. Just because I am not as enthusiastic about it as I was at the beginning does not mean I do not support it still.
