I would dispute that. I commend Mr. Burgess on the work he is doing but I simply say to him that the number of people who have been robbed of their trackers represents one big scandal that the country faces. The manner in which the banks dealt with them is shocking. That continues to be the case. If it were not for this committee, the four people who appeared before it and the work the delegates and others are doing in the area, the Central Bank would almost have ignored the matter. People should remember-----
