Mr. David Hall:
This is where the economic issue comes in, whereby it is cheaper to do something. Those people then present themselves to the local authority. They then present themselves for housing assistance payment, which is more expensive than mortgage to rent. They present themselves for emergency accommodation. Forget the human part. Just treat them like pieces of meat and dump them out there. Who cares? That becomes way more expensive to do. The question here is-----
