Yes, they are the very hard luck people who bought a property when the regulations were too lax on affordability. They entered into negative equity and their income has been cut. For many people, that is a horrendous situation. They are stuck with a loan on an asset that is worth far less than what they paid for it in the first place. Senator Burke then referred to these new borrowers. I am not sure what his question is.
