There are three cohorts, including those who are paying their mortgage repayments in full who are not in arrears. There are also those who genuinely would pay if they could pay, but they cannot do so due to marital breakup and so on. I want to see the mortgage assistance payment paid to those people to help keep them in their homes. I am very clear about that. There are, however, people who are paying absolutely nothing. If a person had social housing-----
