I want to comment on what Deputy MacSharry was talking about. I do not want to take away from the question he asked about the State Claims Agency and the follow-on in terms of settlements and so on. To give a wider context, there is an incident management framework. Incidents are logged. They should be logged in real time and there should be a response to each one. Not everyone will require a significant investigation but depending on the severity there should be a response and there should be learning. That should be happening much more in real time. That does not take away in any sense but I wanted to provide that context.
